About

Paula Greenberg received training in the fine arts from Parsons the New School for Design and the Corcoran College of Art and Design. Concentrating in figurative drawing and painting, her education in traditional art media gave Paula an understanding of human anatomy that allowed her to work as a commissioned portrait artist while raising a family.

With her children enthusiastically in tow, Paula personally managed three family home renovation projects within the time of six years. Drawing on her training in traditional art theory, she created a variety of wall finishes in her spaces, from classic to contemporary styles. These projects developed her talents in interior decorating and she found her focus in the use of colors, textiles, and naturally-occuring materials. This experience has become Paula’s inspiration for her decorative painting, enriching her understanding of how colors and textures interact to create personal statements within living environments.

In 2001, Paula had the fortune to find herself studying in Las Vegas under master artisan and world-renowned decorative painter Barth White. During that time she was introduced to a full line of environmentally friendly decorative glazing systems, Venetian plasters, and powder pigments. In March 2008, Artistry & Paint formerly announced “Going Green” and commenced its use of eco-friendly painting products

Paula prides herself on designing and creating distinctive finishes and hand-crafted textures that complement the lifestyles of her clients by enriching their surroundings. She has more than 17 years experience in decorative painting and has owned and operated Artistry & Paint since 2001
